I noticed that in the 23 November blog post about the Payment Gateway updates, it says that "Authorize.Net AIM" is supported. What about those of us currently using Authorize.net Accept Hosted? Is that option (or SIM) still supported? Due to our compliance mandates, we cannot use AIM. Our company is a long-time user/subscriber, and we host 20+ sites with DT Register, and rely heavily on this payment processing software, so this would be a huge issue for us if we cannot utilize Accept Hosted.

Thank you in advance for the clarification.

We also need to know if Authorize dot net Accepted Host, SIM support is working for new JA Payment Gateway. Thank you for posting.

I also do not see the Authorize.net Accepted Hosted in the JA Payment Plugin and we have many clients who mandate that. I do have the Authorize.net plugin installed for that separately and completed with the necessary keys, however, it does not show up at all during the registration payment process. Only PayPal Standard is showing as an alternative payment option from the JA Payment plugin. Is this a glitch?

I am forced to revert back to the last stable component version, version 4.05, until this is resolved.

Is there any news on when an Accept Hosted option for Authorize.net will be available?

      Hi,

It's under development stage and need more testing before releasing, pls stay tuned and follow our blog post for update news.

      Thank you!

This is frustrating- we've been using Accept Hosted with DT Register since 2012 (when we contracted with Nathan to develop that payment gateway). To have it suddenly not be available with no warning and no contingency was a surprise, and really lets long-term customers like us down.

We've already been having issues with the latest updates, so we haven't been able to patch. Thank goodness, as we'll be remaining at this unpatched version until the Accept Hosted is re-implemented. Our clients must use that method on their websites to remain compliant.

In the future, please consider advising your customers before releasing a patch that removes something so critical for many clients.

      Thank you.

This payment option is ready now on latest version 4.0.8. You can take a backup of your site and install this new version.

Is there any documentation regarding setting this up? I've tried to setup this functionality but get the following error:

"User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values."

I've double checked the values against the values that were working in a previous version of your software that still supported Auth.net Accept Hosted (4.0.4). I've tested across 2 sites and got the error on both.

Could you provide more information on how you are unable to access? I can access with the listed username, password without issue.

You should be ok now - thanks for the explanation!

I am also having problems with the Accepted Host, SIM not working properly. All my keys have been entered correctly and when the credit card payment information is submitted the user is reverted back to the payment method page with this error, "User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values."

This is now creating problems with users trying to register for conferences at UConn.

Any luck signing in or seeing where the process is going wrong for our Accept Hosted payment option?

                Thanks!
