After the update of templates modal pop up in gdpr conset is not work.
Here was the solution before update

The same happens and in joomlart templates
Or this happened after joomla update to joomla 3.9.1. I am not sure. But in protostar modal pop up is work.

After a test with a non updated gavick template i saw that the problem with not working modal pop up window comes with joomla 3.9.1 . With joomla 3.9.0 modal pop up window works. But i must notice that modal pop up window works with protostar template with both joomla versions

Thanks for letting us know precisely about the Joomla version with which the specific issue is seen which would assist in narrowing down the relative issue. As apparently seen, The issue persists due to ID attribute for modal link which isnt coming henceforth, the specific CSS rule-set isnt applying as also seen here

Can you also add your admin and ftp details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look.

When i checked it show 500 error in contact. Even i cleared browser cache and joomla cache nothing happened. After i assigned contact to protostar and 500 error gone. I unassigned the contact page but only contact page it shows with protostar template even i clear browser cache

Now it s not have 500 error but the pop up window must be smaller and at center because now as it is a part of privacy policy content is not show well. Also when you close the pop up window and you try to open it again it s not open and you must refresh the page to open the pop up window. We havent as before the pop up like this. aman204

Also the privacy policy content is not scroll down. Generally everything is freeze when you close the pop up window

You may download and update to latest version 3.26 as JA Dev. Team has been able to expeditiously resolve the relative bug reported with the latest version release

Would suggest to take backup of your site before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

Upgrade Method:
You can install new version directly over this version. Uninstallation is not required.

There are two issues in this. "Send a copy to yourself"
and "Privacy Note " are before Message . And the pop up window is not at center and the content of privacy policy is not appear well. Please check my contact form aman204
