        Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect

          When i checked it show 500 error in contact. Even i cleared browser cache and joomla cache nothing happened. After i assigned contact to protostar and 500 error gone. I unassigned the contact page but only contact page it shows with protostar template even i clear browser cache

          Now it gives 500 error again

                Now it s not have 500 error but the pop up window must be smaller and at center because now as it is a part of privacy policy content is not show well. Also when you close the pop up window and you try to open it again it s not open and you must refresh the page to open the pop up window. We havent as before the pop up like this. aman204

                  Also the privacy policy content is not scroll down. Generally everything is freeze when you close the pop up window

                    ribo Have reported the relative issue of modal popup not opening as envisaged with JA Dev. Team and will revert back as we get an update on the same.

                        ribo Hi ,

                        You may download and update to latest version 3.26 as JA Dev. Team has been able to expeditiously resolve the relative bug reported with the latest version release

                        Would suggest to take backup of your site before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

                        Upgrade Method:
                        You can install new version directly over this version. Uninstallation is not required.

                            There are two issues in this. "Send a copy to yourself"
                            and "Privacy Note " are before Message . And the pop up window is not at center and the content of privacy policy is not appear well. Please check my contact form aman204

                                        There are still templates from vast library which are soon to be updated for Joomla 3.9 as you can kindly view the recent blogs to know as to which all templates have been updated for latest version of Joomla to be made seamlessly compatiable

                                        You may let us know the templates in specific where you are facing the similar relative issue so as to assist precisely

                                            This issue is happened after your latest updates when joomla 3.9.1 came, so all yours templates must be to update again. Until now the templates that i want to use this privacy note are:GK Musicstate , GK Hotel, GK Creative, GK Bluap, GK Simplicity, GK Steakhouse, GK Game. So i can wait about their update first and to fix it after by my shelf aman204
