It is definitely t3_b3 or t3_blank. When using the template protostar the error does not occur.

Could you grant super admin permission for the admin account? I guess one of your 3rd party extension caused this issue

And it seems that you have cache settings on your server, I tried to make some changes but there is no reflect on frontend. Could you temporarily disable the cache first?

Hi,

The problem comes from the conflict with the old version of EXT man component on your site, if you're not using this component, try to unpublish it or upgrade docman to the latest version, it will work fine.
