iSEO a Total Fail

There is ALWAYS a first time and NEVER a second
iSEO just cost my staff 8 hours of time
This product is a total failure and has caused us to loose a client of 20 years as a result.

Using iSEO to manage Meta Tags only and iSEO has removed ALL formatting, images, and their associated tags and references from every page on the site.

Having spent time doing all of that we are now in the process of re editing and cross referencing and retagging all images. What we saved we have now lost.

Iseo does not deleted the data of articles.
If you will add any Metadata in the article, it will also be seen in the Iseo and same when you add it in Iseo.
You must share the issue asap once you got any such issue so we are able to check and fix it.
Kindly Edit fields in first post and submit the site login with details how to replicate the issue on site.
I have tried multiple install on big sites, there is no such issue of meta data deletion.

Kindly share the details so we are able to check it on your site.

I no longer have access to the site.
It was not my site it was a client site.

What happened was ALL the content on the page was there without any formatting, without any image references

I will ascertain if I can replicate this on my site and provide screen shots of what happens.

This may not happen immediately as I have more pressing issues to deal with.

Kindly share the details with us once you have it on any site, as personally i also using iSEO never face any such issues.
Iseo only use to add meta data, image alt tag and linking keywords if enabled.
I will check it on Priority once i have complete details of the problem.

The exact same thing happened to us. It removed all the formatting and we had to rebuild the page. Luckily we caught the problem immediately and it was a relatively small page.

I also submitted a ticket but am not able to provide a super user account to have this addressed.

This is absolutely a problem.

ISEO also works differently in differently browsers. Epic Fail.

We need the URL of page that is broken due to iSEO, without it its hard to assume the issue.
You can open a new thread and put all information on it.

This issue is browser based.
I've tried it on multiple site with multiple browsers ... chrome, brave, firefox, safari, OmniWeb
Browsers other than Chrome have variable responses. Some times ok others strips the underlying code every time.
I don't use Chrome as I despise Google tracking my every move, hence discovering the issue.
Will use Chrome ONLY to manage iSEO from now on

Suggest devs check the component with multiple browsers.

I need the issue details example to see it, without knowing the issue its hard for me to assume the issue and test it.
If you can provide the example URL and browser details in which you are having issue, we are enable to check it.
