Header background image

Hello - I've read all the posts in this and in the old forum on replacing the header background image but after hours of trying different things I can't get it to display.
I've tried just changing just the image file name in the .frontpage #gkHeader class in the template.css file but it won't display. If I use the same url in the browser it will display the image just fine so it should work. I've also tried putting it in the overide.css file but same problem. I've even tried changing it back to the default image name and now that won't display either.
Not sure where I'm going wrong.

You can share the credentials of your site and tell me the path of image you want to use, I will check for you.

I don't see an option to hide credentials when posting so is there an email I should be sending it to?

qurius As apparently seen, The suffix for pages isnt there as seen in screenshot due to frontpage class isnt appending. You may also refer to this documentation for adding suffix for pages

To be more precise and avoid confusion/ambiguity in addressing your query, Kindly provide screenshot marked with annotations showing the respective section where you wish to have the background-image appear as per the site layout seen
