I am using the Eventful template for one page on my site. The desktop version works perfectly, however the menu system does not work for a mobile device. The menu takes you to an anchor location. Works for desktop, not for mobile.
What can I do?

Eventful is one of our commercial template but I don't see any active membership under your profile, pls sign up for a membership for legal usage and get support as well.
