I have a dev site with another forum post related to the problem of displaying the toggle menu and the mobile logo. Here is the huge problem I have. I seem to be able to get the flow from the regular "logo and menu " to the "mobile logo and toggle menu" to work ONLY when the "mobile logo and toggle menu" is in the toolbar position.
The toolbar position however overlays the content in the position immediately below so it either covers the slideshow in the banner or it covers an article title at narrow widths. This makes the tool bar position completely un-usable.
At one point I was able to get the toggle menu to display in the top right position so that I could dispense with using the tool bar position. However I was not able to get the mobile logo to hide at desktop and wide widths so I had two logos displaying at the same time. I believe there is a way to add a class that us something like "mobile-hide" to a module but I have not been able to locate the documentation about how to do that. If I could get that to work again and get the "logo module" to hide at narrow widths I think this would solve my problem.
There are two ways in which I think you could help me.
Can you confirm that I should be able to use the toggle menu in the top right position? And if not, in what other position besides the "tool-bar" which overlays other content can the toggle menu work in?
Can you tell me how to add a "mobile-hide" class to the logo or point me to the documentation on how to do this?
I have a live website right now that has no menu available on phones or tablets. I need a solution quickly even if it is imperfect for the time being.
Thank you
Sharon
