Remove gavick copyright at bottom and default value for bottom style

Hi,

at the bottom left of this template, there's a copyright indicator. How do I remove it?

1) Style switcher can be disabled in template manager --> features --> footer elements . In similar section, You can remove the copyright information from text field - Copyright

2 &3 ) For changing this, You can go to template manager --> Select from dropdown accordingly in Template color
