JA Tabs will not work

Hello,

I use TABs on this Site https://www.alexanderschill.de/de/28-uebersicht/97-deja-vu.html
But the extensions will not more work. Can anybody help me?

Can you share your active membership details as JA Tabs is a premium extension and requires active JoomlArt's subscription to get support or updates.
Can you also please provide screenshot of similar area alike as posted here for reference

If yet unable to get the content to show in respective tabs, Can you add your admin details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look.
For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

Webkonzept Hi. I've just checked and look like it's server which is blocking content being retrieved from article:

500 (Internal Server Error)

try rise the minimum execution time on server. But it may be also a security limitation and You may not be able to use AJAX.

Webkonzept Having reviewed however unable to see JA Tabs on the specific page now in the article being rendered in order to take closer look

As suggested by @teitbite, You may ask your hosting provider to increase memory_session limit to troubleshoot
