On the phone the off canvas only works on the home page. As soon as I go to any other page and try to use it, it is blank.

You should enable the off-canvas position also for your other template styles other then features-intro style
As you can see it is now disabled.

hmmm ok changed it. Still not working. I will check in a few. I did redo the cache on my phone.
Got it! My bad forgot to change it in the mod to show on all pages... Daaa...lol
