Menu of the second language not visible anymore

Hi,

having a 2 language website - and the english menue is gone suddenly - using latest template version, Joomla 3.9.1

Don´t know when it happened, did an update 2 weeks ago.
Both languages installed and active, all menu items active...

Example 1
Template Style with GERMAN menu is default.
Template Style with english menu is assigned to the english menu items.
....german menu works - but the english menu is not visible when switching language.

Example 2
Template Style with ENGLISH menu is default
Template Style with german menu is assigned to the german menu items.
...english menu works - but the german menu is not visible when switching language.

Somehow only the default menu language is visible. The second language is not anymore.

Need help!

Updated:

The problem comes from the 3rd party extension on your site: System - Web357 Framework plugin. I just temporarily disabled it and the menu works fine now.
