Cant download :Need a subscription?

Im trying to download JA-Bulletine Module but the system is telling me:

Oops! To download this product you need an Active Subscription
View Pricing Plans OR Renew your expired plan.

However i still have 265 days on my subscription to JA+S5

Am i missing something?

You can not download the module directly.
In your Membership, you can download All JA Template and the complementary extensions.
You need to open the download page of the template that comes with JA Bulletin to download it.
for example here: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-teline-iv/joomla-3-2-5-t3-framework-ja-teline-iv
