Custom field problem

Hi,
When I add custom field in "addtocart" position, happens three issues...
1. Cannot add product to cart. Got empty cart, it skips modal window.
2. When Custom field is added, it breaks "product details" page, description goes out of area.
3. Homepage where modules display products, also brake apart.

May I know which custom field should I enable to replicate issue on your site? as at this moment, all of above pages are showing fine.

any custom field I add, it happens all 3 issues.
As I am still developing website, I turned off.
You have admin details, please try to add one (string) and will see.

Kindly let us know for the following points which would help in narrowing down and troubleshoot the relative issue :

1) Kindly confirm if the issue persists when you add custom fields for specific product listing and assign default Joomla template
2) Also, Does the issue persists as shown in screenshot if you disable the template override folder by renaming it i.e./templates/ja_autoshop/html/com_virtuemart

Hi,
1. Could not assign Joomla default template (Beez) as does not have T3.
2. Turned off Override, and it is not breaking apart, but does not looks as it should be. But adding product to cart is working so problem is in that.

1) You may re-install default Joomla template and thereon, try to assign the same to see if issue still persists

Also, Can you add your ftp details also in edit fields in order for us to take closer look.
For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

Triple checked, it is same.
Kindly., try login to cPanel with same username and pass, there you may access files or make new ftp account.

veselinovm Managed to access ftp through cPanel route and fetching the hostname.

You may check now as the layout appears as envisaged with custom fields also in place. Ref: Screenshot
