veselinovm Hi,
May I know which custom field should I enable to replicate issue on your site? as at this moment, all of above pages are showing fine.
Regards
Hi, any custom field I add, it happens all 3 issues. As I am still developing website, I turned off. You have admin details, please try to add one (string) and will see. Thank you,. Milos
Hi, any answer?
veselinovm
Could you share the screenshots highlighting the issue? As I mentioned in my last reply, it looks fine now.
Here it is. I will turn off custom field for now, as doing on website. Kindly login as SuperUser and try. Thank you, Milos
veselinovm Hi
Kindly let us know for the following points which would help in narrowing down and troubleshoot the relative issue :
1) Kindly confirm if the issue persists when you add custom fields for specific product listing and assign default Joomla template 2) Also, Does the issue persists as shown in screenshot if you disable the template override folder by renaming it i.e./templates/ja_autoshop/html/com_virtuemart
Hi, 1. Could not assign Joomla default template (Beez) as does not have T3. 2. Turned off Override, and it is not breaking apart, but does not looks as it should be. But adding product to cart is working so problem is in that.
Thanks
1) You may re-install default Joomla template and thereon, try to assign the same to see if issue still persists
Also, Can you add your ftp details also in edit fields in order for us to take closer look. For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.
Hi, Added FTP details. Already did reinstallation (before last post) of defaults Joomla and JA templates. Again breaking apart.
veselinovm Added FTP details.
Kindly check if ftp details entered are right as unable to access ftp with given credentials
yes, double checked
veselinovm Having tried again however unable to access with the given credentials. I assume that primarily, Hostname requires correction. Ref: Screenshot of error shown
Triple checked, it is same. Kindly., try login to cPanel with same username and pass, there you may access files or make new ftp account.
I try to set a custom field to a product 'GELADRINK FORTE' but it looks fine: http://prntscr.com/lzk1e5
Could you set up so I can see the issue?
veselinovm Managed to access ftp through cPanel route and fetching the hostname.
You may check now as the layout appears as envisaged with custom fields also in place. Ref: Screenshot
Thank you very much for your help! Please close this thread.
