Hi, I've lost the links images of all users in the homepage bottom GK buddypress gallery after upgrading rt media and buddypress. The upload media system don't run anymore, can't upload a single picture! and there is no thumbails of the pictures when you are in your account.
Can you help me ?

I can not access your site now.
Also, I have tested on our demo site with the latest version of the Plugin and WP 5.0.1 the widget still works fine. I don't think this issue come from the Plugin after updating.

In your case, you can try the following solution:
1/ go to cPanel of your GoDaddy account
2/ open File Manager
3/ browse to the rtMedia folder
4/ in the File Manager, right-click on the folder.
5/ select Change Permissions
6/ select following checkboxes
a) user - read, write, execute
b) group - read, execute
c) world - read, executePermission code must display as 755
Click change permissions
