Just an info about the DTH Development extensions: Are all of them "Multivendor?" I mind, for example: in DT REGISTER can each user post an event or only the site administrator can? In DT DONATE, can each user post a campaign or only the site administrator can?
Further, are they integrate with Community Builder? And, in the $299 boundle, are the Quick start services included?

It will depend on the Permissions you setup in backend of DT Register, if an user belongs to a User Group which is granted permission to create / edit /... event, then that user can create event

Further, are they integrate with Community Builder?

And yes, DT Register is also integrated with Community Builder.
