If possible, pls clone your site to a test site and update and share me the credentials (admin + FTP) account, I will check further for you. After that you can apply the same for your live site.

Saguaros,
Thank you for wanting to have a look.
It's too difficult for me to clone the site, so I have given you access.
I have tried updating all extensions, or unpublishing/publishing them, to find which one may be causing issues, but unfortunately I can't resolve it.
I have a backup, in case things go wrong while you are looking at the site.
I hope it's something simple that I can't see, but you can.
Many thanks for looking into this.

I should mention that the site is also on Cloudflare, so changes may take a little while to be seen.

Cloudflare is now in 'development mode', so caching is bypassed. I hope this helps to see changes being made immediately.

Development mode lasts 3 hours (automatic). Please let me know if you need it longer and I'll re-impose it.

NickMo1 Try install latest version of Zen grid framework from here to see if it helps

Would suggest to also take backup of your site before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

Also, Can you add your ftp details also in edit fields in order to take closer look

Thank you. I have taken backup (Akeeba and Cpanel Backup Wizard).

re: ftp When in Joomla admin, there is a Component called eXtplorer - that will get you into public_html - same as ftp (I hope).

I will now install latest Zengrid, as suggested.

Unfortunately installing latest Zen grid framework had no effect.

A few years ago there was mention of php version that may be causing this (mine version is 7.1) or perhaps something to do with security settings. I don't know if that helps at all.

Could you try to copy this folder [ROOT]/templates/buildr/settings from backup and paste to the new one?

Thank you. That seems to have worked.
Can you explain why it worked?
I would like to know in case it happens again, or at least discover what caused the issue so I can avoid it next time.

This folder contains json files which hold the settings you configured, I guess they are overrode by the files in template new version which you updated. Next time, pls remember to backup this folder when updating template.

        Cheers!
