can't add new menu item when ja comment component is enabled.
I see only text "Menu Item Type" and nothing to choose.
I have latest Joomla! 3.9.1 Stable , php 7.2.13 , Ja Social template, T3 ......

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, JA Comment has been not ready for recent version of Joomla. You can seek for a suitable comment extension in Joomla Extension Directory. I think Komento from stackideas is a good one.

      I am very disappointed with Joomlart. Will never ever buy any products from them. Do not understand that many of extensions are not updated.

        This is very old component from us which is not suited with new version of Joomla. I will share with the team for further discussion as at this moment, there is not plan yet to develop it.

          Yes exactly, I have the same problem, and many more, with JA comment (see my other post as of today).
          We pay to be able to access more Joomlart stuff but they seem to propose components that are not updated (at least one) and conflicts with recent Joomla versions.
          This is indeed very disappointing, even more so because this is a quite essential function (comments on posts).
          We would like to hear more from support guys!

            francoism Hi. Joomla is being developed all the time and sometimes changes to its new versions are making some of the components unusable since they require a general recodding. I've already informed developers about a missing information of this component being discontinued.
