I found the trick
it is because the language switcher is linked with search module . I put the search module in top-3 position and the language switch in language position that maks the language switch disappeared whenever I return the search module at the head search it returns and well
now I want to disconnect the search and language switcher so that I can put them in any position without hiding the other
