can you share the URL of page on which you have this issue.
Might be additional HTML tag added during edit. I can confirm it once i have the URL of page to see the issue.

Mamp is not Joomla template from us. Can you share the URL of site or template which you are using?

I could not able to replicate this issue in GK Photo template.
Kindly put the site on live server, so i am able to check it.

Open Global configurations > Editor > Codemirror : http://prntscr.com/lwv2rq
Now open the module and remove P Tag.
Save and check : http://prntscr.com/lwv3mq
I removed the P tag at the moment and its showing fine now.
