So as you can see it is not an issue of my website and it does not have to do with any extension.

This is a major issue. I am having this issue on a live website and this affects the sales!
I am having this problem for almost two months now. Do you think you could fix it any time soon?

    7of9 Hi. I've been checking on my copy, not a demo, so thanks for showing me that. Unfortunately there is no code which can cause such action, due to that I have no idea how to solve it currently. I've tried couple of idea and the last one with the script blocking links while scrolling was quite promising, but failed as well since click starts before scrolling.

    I will ask developers for help here, hopefully they've came across such thing before and will know what to do.

    Thank you SO very much for looking into the problem. I confirm that the scrolling problem has been resolved. However, the problem with the 404 (bad URL) remains. When I click any menu item from a page other than the home page, the URL is wrong and I get a 404. I wonder if that has anything to do with any of the changes teitbite gave me, for they are still active, unless you took them off.       Thanks for the video, did you have customization on the off-canvas menu? as I can't replicate the same issue on our demo site.

        saguaros It was caused by the code @teitbite asked me to put on the head and template. Once I removed it, the problem went away. Thank you for your help on this issue.

          7of9 Hi. Och yes, so sorry. I thought if my code wasn't working it will be removed. Should have mentioned that. Great Saguaros has been able to fix this problem. Is everything ok now or do You want us to look into something else still?

            teitbite Unfortunately, the customer is very unhappy with our response time. Since the majority of their clients use their phone to order, this problem flat lined their sales throughout the duration of the issue. This resulted to losing a good customer we had for over 10 years. Although we managed to resolve the problem, this is a major blow to our business. 🙁 I personally am very unhappy about the quality of the support I received recently by Joomlart. I am a Joomlart customer for over 10 years and this is the first time I experience this and even more since from the beginning I urged you about the importance of this issue.

            I would appreciate a prompt reply, since this is a live website.

Thanks to Saguaros the problem was fixed, but I delayed His appearance in this thread with a correct solution. I promiss I will not be as stubborn next time.                 teitbite I accept the apology, however that does not make up for the loss our business experienced. I do not think this is 100% your fault, although I am a coder myself and I believe that you should always test your code before you submit it. However @saguaros disappeared from the thread for a month as well. I feel that lately Joomlart has dropped the ball in terms of quality of support.
                Anyway, consider the issue closed.
