Could not start mail function.

Hi,

I've got this problem when I add a new user : Could not start mail function! This also means that the mail function is not working when someone loses his password. How can I fix this problem ?

Hi There,

Have you tested your email in the global configuration?

System > Global Configuration > server tab

Try the test mail button and see if that works

Depending on your host they may well have a tutorial for how best to configure this setting
