all category items showing in a single category view

when click in a single (main category of categories menu in left side) category, only that category items should be there, but all items from all categories are showing there. For example see this link:

It is not in that way , the left side category is the main category and below it there are subcategories - so if you want to go to the single subcategory you should select it from the second panel

So if you click on main only then you will have all articles of all categories listed , if you click on the SUB-CAT then you will have all articles of the subcategory only -
