Each time I try to make a live edit to a JA Builder page I keep getting a "Your changes were not saved" error. It is very frustrating. I just installed a fresh Joomla 3.9.1 installation on a new server running PHP 7.2, all of the latest sever settings. Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, John
torres86 Oops, just need to dropp off the "ftp." from the username. I've updated the credentials.
The problem seems to have subsided a bit, but would appreciate if you had a look just in case I'm missing something.
Hi John,
Could you check the ftp account again? as it seems not to work now.
I just tried to edit / change some settings on homepage of your site but not see that issue anymore, could you try again?
saguaros working generally fine now. I do still run into the "changes not saved" error after creating new pages, but have managed around it. When I create a new page I make a subtle change and publish it once - that triggers the error. The error now only happens once after creating a new page and publishing the first change. After that, things are fine and the error doesn't return after subsequent changes and publishings. Very strange behavior but have figured out the work-around. Probably should still be addressed at some point though.

Hi,
It's weird as I just tried to create a new page via Backend > JA Builder > Create a new page > Edit page > add a block > Publish and it worked properly.
You can see the 'Test a new page' under Admin menu now.
Regards
No such luck on my end. Just tried it again and still got the error. Maybe something is up on my end of things. See the screen shot. I got this immediately after adding a block and editing the title of the content page.
torres86 Could you tell me the exact block you added so I can replicate the same issue?
Content Style 5.1, and only happens when I create a new page.
I can replicate the same, I will report to the team for further checking on this.
