clarification for renew/upgade subscription

In my profile I see next picture (
What should I do, if I like to renew now to PRO Plus or upgrade to Developer (not Ultimate)?
Just buy them from Christmas offer page?
And also - I see what for Ultimate developer I can get more discount - just 245$ instead 299 - but it is not included Shape5 (what I am most interesting) and DTH.
Q - will it be really Ultimate without these 2, if I will upgrade Developer here? Or I will receive anyway full Ultimate Developer?
