Hi,
JA Admin provides a more flexible way to manage links / menu in administrator view.
You can go to Backned > Site > Dashboard (I assume that you're settings JA Admin as default administrator template)
Then select Profile / user group you want to set up, Super Users for example: http://prntscr.com/m22peh > Click 'Manage' button
A popup will appear where you can see all modules under first tab 'Modules' > the Admin menu in menu position is listed there. Now, you navigate to Admin Menu Config tab, there you can add new menu item as you wish / decide to show menu item for different user level group access: https://prnt.sc/m221rn
