PHP Version warning

Hi Everyone,
I got this on my control panel 'Warning
Your PHP version, 5.6.39, is only receiving security fixes at this time from the PHP project. We recommend planning to upgrade to a newer PHP version before it reaches end of support on 2018-10-01. Joomla will be faster and more secure if you upgrade to a newer PHP version (PHP 7.x is recommended). My server PHP already upgrade to 7.x version but the warning still remain. Is there any solution?

Kindly check PHP version in your Joomla admin > System > System information tab to see what is PHP version working on your site : http://prntscr.com/m0j871
And contact the hosting provider to update PHP version.

Hello Pankaj,
When I ask my server support to change the php version for the site its turn an error. Only show blank page with "Error" text on the top left.

Any suggestion?

To be precise, Kindly confirm the template you have assigned and also, the php version you have tried updating to?

The php version I have tried to update was PHP 5.6.39 to PHP 7.1. And the template is Ja Tiris.

The error page was blank white page with 'Error' text on the top left of the page. Nothing else.

Having replicated the same on local install with PHP 7.1 however the template appears fine. Please provide us with the site url along with admin details in edit fields for troubleshooting purposes

For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

(Note - Kindly change the PHP version to 7x so as to troubleshoot the relative issue as mentioned and have the PHP version update stay for sometime when the issue is being investigated)

Also, As seen earlier with other simultaneous forum posts with similar issue, 3rd party extensions have also been the culprit resulting in such error so would also suggest to disable 3rd party extensions one by one

Stepping in this thread to suggest to enable the error reporting feature from your global configuration when your website is on php 7.x version - this could help to identify which installed extension is not php 7 compatible showing you the specific error on your front end -

Thank you for your help. Recently, my server support help me in this issue. My server PHP version is 7.1 now and my site working well, but the error about 'php version' still remain. I am sorry, I am a newbie. My server support said that he edited my .htaccess, but I don't understand that. Is anyone know about the default .htaccess for joomla ?
