my question is about this template :

i have 2 questions :
1-
how to stick the main menu on top of the site (on all pages) ?
2-
how to margin the video on playlist under the sticky menu ?
steps :
- go to videos list page:
https://ja-allure.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/videos-list
- scroll down to see the article title " Spring 2018 Fashion Show "
- click on the video icon (dont click on the image it self but click on the video icon in the center of the image).
- the video player will jump to the top ,
this is normal and good function (i like it) .
but if make the menu sticky on top , the top part of the video will be under the sticky menu and must scroll down to see all it , how to margin it to bottom from top when stick the menu ?
