problem with module position

Unfortunately I can't manage the module positions in the backend of the template. Is there a fix for that?

What exactly you cannot do ?

Also would be possible share your website url and a super user account for it so we can have a look at your settings ?

ok I gave you the logins.
In the layout tab of the template I want to change the positions, make new ones or divde them in two or more rows. It seems not to possible.

To change positions names you should first go in Module positions tab and then select new positions as showed below

To change positions width then you should go to the responsive layout tab as showed below
