Hi,
I love the JA Events ii design and flexibility but I can't seem to be able to make it work!
I did all the quickstart steps (one by one) on my hosting IONOS on a shared server with PHP 7.3, 7.2, 7.1
Then I tried the install on a localhost using Wamp with all the different PHP settings (even 5.6) without success.
I installed the core Joomla 3.9.1 and everything works very well on both host!
In summary, the quickstart works great and I have a working front end DEMO but in the backend I have a problem with the com_installer where it only shows "Upload package file" the other two tabs are missing and pressing on "Add install from WEB" does nothing.
I checked all the directories and they all show writable (Even tmp)
After trying all the possible fixes, I tried to install JA Conf and it went smoothly as Silk and works great!
On the update page it tells me that I have to update many extension, yet they are at the latest level. If I try to update them it give me an error.
What else can I do???
