      supportapps2fusion Hi. Please provide an access to Joomla panel. Have You updated vertex framework and template as well?

        I have not updated vertex and template I am not sure how to do this

        Also Joomla panel will be accessible via opera or firefox through google chrome its not accessible since google has flaged it as spam I am not sure for what reason

          supportapps2fusion Shape 5 vertex updater component wasnt installed due to which template features arent to be seen which I have installed now. You may kindly patch vertex now to latest version as per documentation steps outlined here . Ref: Screenshot

          Would suggest to also take backup of your site before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

              Kindly refer to screenshot wherein you can click on Shape 5 vertex updater component which will appear when scrolling down the specific menu in order to update the framework

                Thanks a lot my issue is resolved . thanks a ton man . I was suffering from last one month to sort out all these issue . and this is a test website . I need to repeat this steps on production . so Can you please let me know how did you install Shape 5 vertex component

                Also there is one more issue if you can visit below link and scrooll down the modules are shifted towards extreme rigjt and not visble what could be the issue ?

                  You may kindly install S5 vertex updater component and upgrade vertex as per documentation. Updating the same also ensures that you get the improvements, bug fixes and new features which comes with the latest release along with rebuilding the corrupt files which might occur for some unforeseen reasons

                  Installation of Vertex as standalone isnt necessary as it already comes in-built with template. Reference to another documentation outlining this :

                  Installation
                  No installation of the framework is necessary. Vertex is already built directly into the template or theme.
