You guys are an absolute nightmare.
Nothing works on your own site.
And the new message board is about three steps backwards, can't post a darn thing and again I am wasting my time.
How do I get my money back... you guys are never going to get your act together on tech support... that is now completely clear to me.

Just want out of this nightmare.

    I'm sorry you feel frustrated with our site - can you point me to problems you've encountered and I will try my best to resolve - we do have a pending ticket with a hosting issue on some demo sites.

    Regarding this forum system - I can't see any account details linked to your post and when I check the system I can't see any either - are you logging in with the correct account details? - that might explain your problems with downloads or support access

    If you can provide more information about your problems we will absolutely do our best to help you and resolve any frustrations you've encountered

    oshihari As Paul mentioned, your account "oshihari" is not associated with any membership currently. You must have logged in to the wrong account which was why you could not download and use the forum properly.

    In case you don't remember your paid account login, please help to provide info regarding your last purchase you made at our site, we'll help you look for it.

    I am having the same issue... I just bought the Ad Agency, and I am having issues. I cannot log in to the account because it gives me an error message: "Authentication problem, please contact website administrator"
    (see it here: http://prntscr.com/jm7ie2 ).

    Something is wrong with your site's authentication. Please fix asap.

      I'll ask the site administrator to reply - she should be online in about 3 hours time

      Our system detected your account was accessed via multiple different IPs so it autolocked your account temporarily.
      Account should be unlocked now, you can try to access again.
