Hi Pavit, I think I have to start a new discussion for that? I cannot see the secured field when I edit or reply.

        Hi alconweb

Your template version is really old - you are using the 3.10.1 release while latest compatible release is 3.25

Could you update it first to check again ?

Take a full website backup first to update -

        Regards

Hmm, I thought I updated the template ... will do. Check with you on this one later. THanks Pavit!

HI Pavit, I get a Copy file failed when I try to update the template.

Update server does not work either >> Loading update data from GavickPro Update service... does not pick up latest version.

          Hi alconweb

It seems latest version is installed now

Try to switch php version to 7.x and see what's happen

          UPDATED

Problem of copy file failed was due to your admin tools extension , i fixed permissions issues and template is installed correctly right now.

I tested your backupped website on my local mamp with latest template release installed and php version = 7.2 and everything works fine.

Please try now to switch your php version.

You are great it solved most of the things!
          There is still one thing:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/petersgr/public_html/templates/gk_msocial/html/com_k2/templates/default/item.php on line 131

Has something to do with template in comination with K2, maybe you have a solution.
BTW, I would like to here it. I have three more sites with the same configuration and template 😉 thanks!

            Hi alconweb

That is a warning and not an error and it is due to php 7.2 version and k2 component - it doesn't affect your website functionality and can be hidden simply setting your error reporting to system default from global configuration , like i did now

HERE you can find a solution to the warning .

            Regards
