JA Google Maps plugin not displaying map

We changed office address. I updated the contact page, and attempted to change the longitude and latitude coordinates in the JA Google Map Plugin. I was receiving error messages about it not being able to locate New York. I got past that, but the map itself is just not working - showing the "Oops! Something went wrong" Google error message. I made sure the API was tied to the the Billing on the Google side per other Forum posts.
As another data point, I also noticed the new coordinates did not populate the Code Generation Tool. I searched the forum and found a related post and manually typed the Code into the Code Container, but still not displaying anything other than the "Oops Something went Wrong" Google error message.

Progress. Map is displaying now, but centered on New York City USA, not our Office Location. this is the code from the "Code Container" in the JA Google Maps Plugin. As I mentioned, the Code Generation Tool did not autopopulate the code, so I had to enter it manually based on another Forum post. Can you check it for errors??
