Colourshift 2 Menu Problems

I just installed Colourshift2 on my website and am having trouble with the menu. When I use the protostar template, the site shows fine, however, when I use the buildr as the default, no menu is shown.

In addition, I cannot see the Design tab when I go into the template to edit. None of the module positions show.

Did you install JB Coloushift2 template before? or this is a new installation?

This is a new installation for this website. I have installed the template 2 other times on other websites.

Anyhow, as you can see from your image and as I stated in the original message, you cannot see the module positions in the Design tab. I did figure it out in case someone else has this problem. I had to go to the Layout tab and click and select Colourshift under the Stored Layout option. I then clicked on Load Layout. Now I can see all of the module positions.
