Either you fixed something or me closing/refreshing the site fixed the problem? I had done updates to all the modules after installing the complete quick install. Maybe it was a caching issue.

It seems the PHP warning and updating the module to latest version will fixed it.
I have not updated any module on your site because the submitted admin details are not working for us.
