Why do we get this Error?

JA Payment Gateways plugin is not installed or enabled
DT Register payment gateways is integrated with JA Payment Gateways plugin to support 40+ payment gateways, therefore, you need to install and enable the plugin first.

we don't have the Plugin installed and we don't want to install it beacuse we dont use any payments.
so why are etting this error, this is not essential function.
how can this be turned off?

miroslav-tunjic-gmail-com DT Register should work seamlessly fine in relation to core functionality without installing JA Gateway Plugin. The notification is shown primarily to remind the user incase, he/she wishes to have robust payment gateway integration

Hi,

Aman may miss the update of the new version in which if you're using the new version of DT Register 4.x, you need to install and enable JA Payment Gateway plugin. You can get the plugin in the download section of DT Register: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/dthdevelopment/dt-register/dt-register-component

we don't want this plugin, why do we MUST(!) have it?
i mean, don't get me wrong, nice to have it, but it feels like are being forced to use it.
question is: why?
