Just installed shape5 template and when activated I get this error across the actual website and across the wordpress admin area.

I looked through the shortcode.class file and don't see the issue located on the line numbers indicated. What should I do?

Please replace the code in the vertex/includes/classes/shortcode.class.php file with the following code:
