grahambe I am able to edit the title OK but can't find where to change the image.
To change the image (featured), You will require to kindly "edit" the page instead of "quick edit"
1) Click on "edit"
2) Scroll all the way up
3) Click on the “Screen Options” tab in top-right corner
4) Make sure that the “Featured Image” box is checked
5) The featured image can be seen to change in bottom right corner
