Quickstart of basic joomla setup?

I've built a site with a quickstart Joomlart Template and then tried JA Builder on it and realize it was great. Then I uninstalled the template and the site remains great looking.

Now, I'm starting a new site from scratch, so I want to know what do you recomend, to start with a fresh clean Joomla setup (I mean from joomla.org) or use again a quickstart template from Joomlart? Is there any advantage or using the joomlart quickstart template even if I don't use the template? Many thanks!!

If you are new , i suggest you to use a quickstart package that has everything and you can replace the demo data with your own data.
Or you can install the quickstart on local and start building site with help of documentation.
If you want to see something from sample data, you can check it on your local host quickstart package.

Ninja Thank you! I mean, I used JA Builder and it seems to overide the template... I think I didn't use the template anyway, because after that I deleted the template. What's the point of using the template if you have JA Builder? I'm new to Joomlart templates and JA Builder, but JA Builder seemed to me very very powerful...

JA Builder is a component that comes with pre made blocks and different if you will see the template.
using it with a template give you more modules like JA ACM and more module positions with JA builder.
