tobefg Hi,
I tried with /administrator to access your site but it seems not working. Could you share the correct URL to access backend of your site?
Hello. Http://test.gabinetedentalcarrizal.com/administrator/index.php
tobefg Still no luck. If your host limits access from my place, you can add an exception for my IP here: 113.190.254.239
saguaros Hello, access from Vietnam enabled. Is it that country? Thanks
tobefg
Hi,
Maybe cache from your browser as I still can see the Edit button on the top left corner of page: http://prntscr.com/jjulkq
Try to clear cache / cookies from your browser.
Regards
saguaros Cache/cookies cleared in Google Chrome. I log in joomla as super user. I open test.gabinetedentalcarrizal in other tab or browser and still no edit button. The only way to see the edit button is to create a Ja builder page and live edit it. I can not see the edit button with joomla only default pages in a element menu, with ja builder template selected.
https://prnt.sc/jjur2n
saguaros What i want to do is to use Ja builder to only design Joomla default pages, without creating Ja builder only pages, is it possible?
tobefg is it possible?
You cannot build joomla default pages with ja builder , if you mean classic joomla mode , Ja_Builder use it's own classes and css.
So you can edit only pages builded previously with ja builder
P.S.
Your administrator page seems to not works
Your team partner saguaros could login as i saw him in the backend yesterday. If this is the way the builder works, i will then create a dummy article pointed by a menu element, in a hidden menu, and assign it to a Ja builder page, in Ja builder component. That way i will be able to access the edit button wihtout creating Ja builder only designed pages. Thanks
We can consider this as closed then
