back to top button disappeared after update

Hello,

after I updated template to 1.0.9 and T3 to 2.7.3 the back to top button disappeared
also joomla has been updated to 3.9.1

any idea how to fix?

Share us the credentials of your site: URL, Admin + FTP account so I can check for you.

I have uploaded the site on a temporary domain (it must remain offline in order not to index it) and entered the credentials as required

I recommend you to be careful because ftp access shows folders of different active domains, please be careful to enter the domain that I have reported in credentials!! 🙂

the files that you modified are in templates/t3_bs3_blank ? or in ja_events_ii?

I've solved overwriting the template folder of the local installation with the one that you modified on line
anyway would be useful for the future and for other people to give us some more element to fix if you can

we can mark it as solved!!
