jQuery Flexslider Zentools error

I have been having this problem for a long time. I am planning on launching my site in July. I am changing the name of my business and this is the new site.

The animation at the top of the page shows up for a while, and then I get the following error after a while and then the animation ONLY shows up on the home page.

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).flexslider is not a function

	I am at a loss.

Hello,

Unfortunately I'm not able to replicate the issue (no js error in the console). What browser exactly are you using and could you provide more details when the error occurs?

Joshua-M Thanks Joshua. I am on a Mac and it happens in all browsers. Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.

The strange thing is it will be fine for a while (probably when you checked it, it was fine) and then it will just stop working and I will get the error message in Chrome developer tools.

If I do any work on my site, it usually corrects the problem for a while. It is very strange.

Is there a memory, or cache or something else problem I can look at? It has literally been plaguing me for months and I am now at the end of my deadline and I really need to figure this out.

I've tried several times and still no error (Chrome, Firefox). Are you able to check another computer?

I have this same problem - can't see that anyone ever answered it.

According to StackOverflow, this can happen when jQuery is loaded twice.

I use zentools and zentools2 on my New Lifestyle template. When the page first loads all is ok. I try to do stuff over and over and all works ok. Some time later I refresh the page, and my accordians stop working in one of my tabbed containers. If I then go to the page where zentools2 is running and open it, then go back to the home page, the accordian in the tabbed container works again - I do nothing else.

Can someone help???
