JA Masshead Configuration Not Working After Joomla 3.9.2 Upgrade

Hi,

I recently upgraded my Joomla version and php version and now my JA Masshead configuration does not work. The default text is there but my configuration code for special pages has stopped working.

My website is locked down so I can't grant you access.

Joomla Version: 3.9.2
PHP Version: 7.2.14

Downloaded again ja nuevo quickstart and installed on my local mamp with php 7.2.13 and joomla 3.9.2

Edited ja masthead module changing configuration and text inside it , no issues encountered -

edesix my configuration code for special pages has stopped working.

Could you please describe which special configuration you used ? so i can replicate it and test ?

I cannot grant you access to our site unfortunately but I can give you a copy of it if that helps.

The Masshead module is still working on my live site which is running an a lightly older version of Joomla.

If i cannot see what's wrong with ja masthead it is quite difficult to help.

We had a serious hack recently and no one out side the company is allowed access.

It has been fixed. It is hosted by Siteground and is clean.

The issue is we cannot let anyone into our website for security reasons.

Would viewing the website frontend be enough?

I have paid for technical support and it seems like a reasonable request.

Do you not have a joomla environment where you test things? You can install my site to test it?

Would it be enough for you to see the front end without backend access? You'll see the generated HTML.

My manager has asked if this module has been tested on Joomla Version: 3.9.2 and PHP Version: 7.2.14?

We have just rolled back to PHP version 5.6.40 and it has started working again.

That is an outdated PHP version for Joomla. When will you guys have a fix for the module?

We tried PHP version 7.2.14 and it didn't work I'll try the one you mentioned.

Here is one of the snippets for the "Configuration Conditions". It didn't work when I updated the PHP to 7.2.14.
All of my Configuration Conditions stopped working when I updated.
