cannot change width of home page article

I cannot alter the width of the area that holds the home page featured article. How do alter the width to eliminate the blank area between it and the Client Testimonials module?

I also have the same issue with the site at https://www.aupoop.com/

There is no client and testimonial module on this site https://www.aupoop.com/
For another site issue open css/custom.css file and add this code

@media screen and (min-width: 992px){
.items-leading .item-ct {
    width: 100%;
}}

If there is no custom.css file, kindly create it and add the code.
