JA-Sugite new install

I have a really simple problem. I installed JA-sugite and have created a new style with Theme Magic, I can edit the modules without problems, but the background colors did not alter after being duplicated from the "blue" theme. Also, the logo does not update on the front end to text or to another logo. I thought it was a problem with the browser, so I cleared all the cache, tried another browser and cleared the cache from the website as well. Now I'm beginning to think that there is an issue with it not calling the correct template and/or style? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

You can apply your newly created style editing your templates styles from template manager , if you installed quickstart version then not all menu items are using default template style , so you can assign your style to all templates layouts-

If you are still having issues then please share a website back end url and a super user account for it we will look at your settings and suggest solutions.

Nevermind, figured it out. Might be a bug with the template package when in quickstart mode. Had to manually go to each style from the package that I wasn't using (they showed assigned to menus but were not) and assign them, save changes, then unassign them and save again. Finally it removed them from dormant menus which I has previously deleted. Works fine now, you can close the thread, thanks.
