Bridge of Hope - Vertex upgrade issues

Hello,

I've tried to update our Vertex version from 2.0 to the latest 4.1.2 using the instructions found on the post "How To Patch Vertex In WordPress And Changelog". Needless to say, my efforts are unsuccessful.

Our site uses the "Bridge of Hope" theme and I'm wondering, is the latest version of Vertex compatible with this theme? If it is, where am I going wrong?

We have checked the Bridge of Hope theme and see that the theme is very old and the theme using basic options and can not compatible with the latest version of the vertex framework.
You can not update the vertex new version for this theme.
In this case, you can let me know if you have any issue with the theme, we will check and help you resolve it.
