Newbie Joomla Template help

Hi I'm very new to Joomla. I have install the JA play group template, Is there away of installing all the content as shown in your demo, so I can work backwards in adding my contact?
I orignally built a site in Joomla 1.5 a few back but really can't remember much about. Any help in getting started. Thanks

To have an exact replica on your server of our demo site you will need to install the quickstart version , which contains Joomla plus template extensions already set as seen on our demo site -

Remember that quickstart version should be installed on new websites since the database installation will override everything is already on your website -
