When create a database to Stora installation, which sort of character must I use?
utf8_general_ci, utf8_unicode_ci, utf8mb4_general_ci, utf8mb4_unicode_ci...
I have some problems to install in local in my computer the stora quickstart to do a test. Maybe the problem is with this. I'm not sure, but I'm interesting to know the differences beetween the differents utf options and know your recommanattion to use in Joomla 3.9
